Eat with sauce or ponzu sauce We offer three types of sauce: miso sauce, plum sauce, and sesame sauce, as well as ponzu sauce. Please use as you like. Please feel free to ask the staff for refills. We recommend using the remaining soup stock for the final dish with your favorite noodles! The flavor changes depending on the ingredients, so you can enjoy the soup until the very last drop.
It's much more economical than ordering the soup stock separately, so we recommend it.A creatively balanced assortment of meat and vegetables.
